our story

VERITY
SAWYER
I used to be a relentless business owner immersed in the corporate world, chasing targets and living a life fueled by ambition and the allure of the limelight. Seeking external validation, I was driven by a relentless pursuit of success. Unfulfilled, unhappy, and on the brink of burnout, I sold my business. Faced with a pivotal choice – repeat the same patterns or embark on a journey of self-discovery – I chose the latter. This choice took me to Asia, where, without a job or plan, I courageously delved into introspection, confronting my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Although daunting, I recognized it as a crucial step in discovering my authentic self.

Reflecting back, my journey began at 8, seeking attention and love amid family changes. I committed to finding my authentic self and used tools such as yoga, a Buddhist Monk Psychologist, a self-love coach, and silent meditation retreats. After peeling back layers, my life is now aligned with my truth.

I continue to walk on the path of self-development and commit myself to serving you to the highest possibility, utilising all my coaching experience.

Since a young age, I have felt a pull towards spirituality, sensing that there's more to life than what we see on the surface. At 16, I began my journey into this realm, driven by an inner force to seek a deeper understanding of my experiences. After leaving university feeling lost and being in a toxic relationship, my desire for fulfilment became even stronger. It was then that I discovered my love for yoga, which helped me to better understand the connection between the mind and body.

After almost a year of coaching with Verity, I can confidently say that it has transformed my life. Verity gave me the tools I needed to understand my authentic self and helped me become unapologetically myself. This newfound confidence led me to Bali, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

I have a passion for helping other young women experience self-awareness like I have. Through attending various retreats, workshops, and trainings, I have learned the importance of genuine, authentic connections with others.

I really liked the morning meditations. For me, I usually start my day with meditation so I think that was important as it gave me time to just sit and be before any movement etc. Bringing that part of myself  to make it more of a whole experience."
