Welcome to Truth of Her Retreats! Before you embark on a transformative journey with us, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding.
Booking and Payment:
To secure your spot on a retreat, a full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made.
Participant Responsibility:
a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the retreat activities. It is advised to consult with a healthcare professional before attending.
b. Participants must inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions well in advance.
c. Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, fellow participants, and staff. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.
Itinerary Changes:
a. The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
b. We reserve the right to make substitutions to the retreat program, including changes to accommodation, activities, and instructors.
Travel Arrangements:
a. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.
b. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
Intellectual Property:
a. All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the retreat are the exclusive property of Truth of Her Retreats. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Photography and Media:
a. Participants may be photographed or recorded during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials.
Force Majeure:
a. Truth of Her Retreats is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
